Membership
GSLAD welcomes individuals to join. You as an individual can make a huge difference in the fate of GSLAD.
An individual must either be Deaf or Hard of Hearing, with exception of the following: under 18 years of age with parental/guardian approval, a hearing spouse of a GSLAD member, and/or hearing individual engaging in work with the Deaf or actively interested in their welfare. Individual member dues are annual and you can join at any time!
Many ask, "What do I get to join?"
With your annual membership, you receive voting privileges in special and general meetings, receive news announcements and newsletters, and many more. Also by joining, you help:
- Help promote, develop and encourage community involvement.
- Provide social, athletic, educational and charitable activities.
- Invest in opportunities for future growth and expansion.
- New members - $50 ($10 initiation fee plus $40 regular fee)
- Returning members (from 2009) - $40 and must be paid from January 1 to March 31.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask the GSLAD Membership Coordinator. There is a membership form that you can fill out and enclose payment. You may mail it to the membership coordinator.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any contact information such as e-mail, mailing address or other information so we can be sure to keep you up to date with GSLAD happenings.
